We get a lot of questions about your orders and ZG facts, below are just some we saw and have answered:
Yes, we currently ship to most countries, excluding the following: Singapore, Kuwait, North Korea, South Korea, China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Items can take 3-4 days to be processed and shipped, once your item has been shipped you will be sent an email with your tracking #.
Shipping information can take 24-48 hours to be processed by either USPS or UPS, if information about the location of your package after this time, please contact us at email@example.com
If you live in the United States your item will arrive in approximately 5-8 business days. International shipping can take up to 6-11 business days.
Our cases are durable and protective. They securely snap onto your phone, covering the back and sides. Our cases however do not cover the screen of your phone.
For international orders, the shipping cost can be calculated prior to placing your order. After you have your items in your cart, you can proceed to checkout like normal. Once you have entered your shipping address you will have the option to calculate your shipping costs before placing your order.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise within 15 days. For more information regarding returns feel free to visit our return policy page here for more details!
Of course! If you would like to exchange an item you purchased for another, just ship it back to us unused before 15 days. Once we receive your old case, your new one will be shipped out for you. For more details on how to process an exchange check out our return policy page.
You will be given the opportunity to enter a PROMO code during check-out. The code must be entered in ALL CAPS.
The case is not real makeup, but a print of a compact case.
