1. What's the difference between the bumper case and clear case? 

For each design, we offer two basic styles of rim:  ZERO GRAVITY Clear Cases are made of a clear hard plastic, which are more sleek and fashionable.  ZERO GRAVITY Bumper Cases are made from a flexible black rubber and are more durable and protective. Both styles securely snap onto your phone, covering the back and sides, but do not cover the screen.

 

2. Do you ship to my country?

3. I've received my confirmation # but still have not received my tracking #?

Items can take 3-4 days to be processed and shipped from our warehouse. Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking #. 

4. I've received my tracking # but there is no information. 

Shipping information can take 24-48 hours to be processed by either USPS or UPS. If tracking information is still unavailable after this period of time, please contact us at Info@zgla.com

5. How long will it take for my item to arrive?

If you live in the United States your order will arrive approximately 5-8 business days from the date it was shipped. International packages take about 7-14 business from the date shipped. Please take into consideration that these are estimated ship times and weekends and holidays may cause delays out of our control.

6. How protective are your cases? 

Our cases are durable and protective. They securely snap onto your phone and cover the back and sides of the phone. Our cases do not cover the front of your phone, but screen protectors are a great solution to protect the front of your phone and are fully functional with our cases.

7. How can I calculate shipping for international orders? 

For international orders, the shipping cost can be calculated prior to placing your order. After you have your items in your cart, you can proceed to checkout like normal. Once you have entered your shipping address you will have the option to calculate your shipping costs before placing your order. 

8. How do I process a return or exchange? 

You have 15 days from the date that you received your order to send products back to us for returns and exchanges. Link HERE for the step by step process.

9. Do you ever have sales?

Yes! Follow us on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter to stay updated on sales and future promotions.

10. How do I enter my PROMO code? 

Once you add something to your cart and proceed to checkout, you will be given the opportunity to enter a PROMO code on the right-hand side of the screen. The code must be entered in ALL CAPS. 

11. Is the Compact case real make-up?

 The case does not consist of real makeup. It's a print of a compact case.

12. Will the Mirrored cases break or shatter?

Our mirrored cases are made of a very durable plastic and will not break or shatter if dropped.
