We accept returns and exchanges of full-priced merchandise within 15 days from the date that you received the package. Sale items are final and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

We provide pre-paid and pre-addressed return labels for damaged items, but otherwise, you must cover the shipping expenses associated with sending items back to us. Email: for returns and include your order number so we can further assist you. Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted. All returns must include the packing slip that was included in the box.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email and process the request accordingly. If it is determined that your item(s) do not qualify for a refund or exchange, we will not be able to return it to you. Please note that refunds may take 2-3 business days to show up in your account and will go back to the original form of payment.


Our products are covered under warranty for a 6 month period from the date of the original sale date and when purchased through an authorized re-seller. If defects in materials or workmanship should arise, link below to complete a claims form. If a valid claim is received, we will replace the item for you. The warranty will still expire at the 6 month mark, so the replacement case will only be covered for the duration and from the original purchase date.
