We accept returns and exchanges of full-priced merchandise within 15 days from the date that you received the package. Sale items are final and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
We provide pre-paid and pre-addressed return labels for damaged items, but otherwise, you must cover the shipping expenses associated with sending items back to us. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org if you have received a defective item and include your order number so we can further assist you. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email and process the request accordingly. Please note that refunds may take 2-3 business days to show up in your account and will go back to the original form of payment.
Our products are covered under warranty for a 6 month period from the date of the original sale date and when purchased through an authorized re-seller. If defects in materials or workmanship should arise, link below to complete a claims form. If a valid claim is received, we will replace the item for you. The warranty will still expire at the 6 month mark, so the replacement case will only be covered for the duration and from the original purchase date.
