Our products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery when purchased through our website (https://www.zgla.com/). This warranty specifically covers factory defects. If you encounter a factory defect within this timeframe, please email us a photo of the defective item, and we will be pleased to assist you further.

Warranty Coverage

Defects in Material and Workmanship: Our cases are protected against defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period under normal use. This includes manufacturing defects such as seams splitting, materials peeling or delaminating, and other similar issues.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Accidental Damage: Any damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, dropping, liquid damage, or any other form of physical or intentional damage is not covered.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Regular use may lead to minor scratches, scuffs, or discoloration over time, which are not covered by this warranty.
  • Third-party Modifications: Any alterations, modifications, or repairs performed by unauthorized third parties will void this warranty.

Customer Responsibilities:

To maintain warranty coverage, customers must:

  • Adhere to the care and use instructions provided with the product.

Limitations

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of the case itself. We are not responsible for any damages or losses exceeding the product's value.

Transferability

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

Product Replacement:

Products within warranty will be replaced or exchanged with the same product or a product of equal value. We will inspect the claimed defect and determine if it falls under warranty coverage. If the claim is valid, we will replace the item or issue a refund if the item is out of stock. If the issue is determined to be due to general wear and tear, our Customer Service team will decide on the appropriate course of action.
