FULFILLMENT CENTER

Orders are shipped from the facility in Tokyo/Chiba, Japan.

Starting from January 2024, we will initiate shipping from Japan. This transition is a result of our fulfillment center relocating from the US to Japan. We want to assure you that, concerning this adjustment, there will not be a substantial additional cost imposed on our customers. Please rest assured that we will cover a nominal US shipping fee as a token of appreciation for our valued customers.

SHIPPING COMPANY

We will arrange the delivery of your package via FedEx originating from Japan. Please note that FedEx does not provide delivery services to PO boxes.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Following order confirmation, we prepare and pack your shipment, a process that usually takes 7-10 business days, before it's handed off to FedEx.

  • Fulfillment: Please allow 7-10 business days for the fulfillment process to be completed.
  • Shipping frequency: Shipments are scheduled for Every Tuesday.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

The estimated delivery time for standard shipping can be influenced by various factors, such as the chosen shipping carrier, the destination country, and the possibility of delays during customs clearance or transit.

For orders within the United States, you can generally expect delivery within a range of 6 to 14 business days from the date of dispatch.

PACKAGE SAFETY AND LIABILITY

Please ask FedEx because they assume responsibility for all orders once they have been shipped.

In the unlikely event of a package being lost, please reach out to your local FedEx office to seek a resolution. If the package remains lost after 10 days from the 'delivered' status, please contact Zero Gravity customer service. Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost orders.
